1. Product Warranty
All products sold by NASH Doors & Windows are covered under the following warranty terms:
- Profile (Frame and Sash Materials): 10-Year Warranty against material defects and workmanship.
- Glass Units: 5-Year Limited Warranty against seal failure or defects under normal conditions.
- Hardware (Handles, Locks, Hinges, etc.): 2-Year One-Time Replacement Warranty for manufacturing defects.
Warranty Limitations:
The warranty does not cover damages resulting from:
- Improper installation (if not performed by NASH or authorized installers)
- Misuse, abuse, or accidents
- Normal wear and tear
- Modifications or repairs made by unauthorized parties
- Environmental factors such as natural disasters or structural shifts
2. Orders and Lead Times
- Custom Orders: Once a custom order is placed and confirmed, it enters production and cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.
- Production Time: Estimated lead times will be provided at the time of order, Custom orders typically ranging from 10 to 12 Weeks depending on product type and customization.
- Delays: While we strive to meet all timelines, external factors (such as supply chain disruptions) may occasionally impact production and delivery schedules.
3. Payment Terms
- Standard Orders: 100% payment is required before the order is shipped.
- Custom Orders: 75% deposit is due at the time of order, with the remaining 25% balance due before the order is shipped.
- We accept [credit cards, bank transfers, and checks].
All payments must be completed to release orders for shipment.
Orders with outstanding balances will not be shipped until full payment is received.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Custom Orders: No cancellations, changes, or refunds are permitted once the order has entered production.
- Stock Items: (If applicable) Stock items may be eligible for return within 3 days, subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Please confirm all specifications carefully at the time of order.
6. Damage Claims
Customers must inspect products upon delivery or pick-up.
If any damage is noted:
- Notify NASH Doors & Windows within 5 Days.
- Provide clear photographs and a written description of the issue.
We will promptly assess and resolve the situation through repair, replacement, or appropriate action.
7. Privacy Policy
Your personal information is handled with utmost confidentiality.
We collect only necessary information to process your orders and serve you better. We do not sell or share your data with third parties without explicit consent.
